A 50% down payment + security deposit is required at time of reservation. All rates quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of tax and service charge. We accept cash, credit card (subject to 3% fee), or Thai bank wire transfer:

Please keep the deposit slip as your record and kindly notify us after you have made the payment.

The Heritage House & Garden is a located in residential neighborhood. Advance reservations are required. We do not accept walk-in guests.

Check-in is 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Check-out is 12:00 PM

You will commonly receive a welcome email a few days prior to your arrival that include simple check - in instructions, and a map. Additionally, there is a house manual located inside each guest cottage.

We have a minimum two night stay policy over the public holiday period and weekends. For stays of a week or longer, please contact us for special rate.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, we are unable to return your deposit. However, we will make every effort to re-book you for a different time period. Please kindly notify us of your rescheduling request 14 days in advance and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Manor House stay includes complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is normally served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM inside the Manor House dining room. All food is made to order. If you have an early departure or want to sleep late, please advise us the evening before.

For additional guests, the extra charge for breakfast is 200 baht for adults and 150 baht for children under 12 years old.

Our guest Cottages are all self-catering (Dragonfly, Gate House, and Tuscan) and do not include breakfast in the nightly rate. You may enjoy breakfast for an extra charge, or you are welcome to prepare your own meals in the comfort of your cottage.

We provide a smoke-free environment indoors. Smoking is only permissible outside of the Manor House and guest cottages.

Complimentary wireless internet is provided throughout the property - from the Manor House to the Cottages and Heritage Cafe.

All children are welcome. Children under 10 years of age sharing the same bed with adults are free of charge (limited to 2 children per bedroom)

We love our furry friends, and they are absolutely welcome to visit the Heritage Cafe. Small, well-mannered dogs may stay overnight in our private guests cottage for 400 Baht/per night.

Please be advised we do have two English Cocker Spaniels affectionately named Boots and Darwin, whom reside with us on the property. They will give you a welcome bark or two but are harmless.

Guest parking is available at our front entrance and as well as a much larger designated parking area close by at the end of our private access road for group events.

For large group accommodations, please notify in advance if you'd like to use special facilities as additional charges and labor may apply. Special facilities include:
